One of my favorite things about books is their ability to transport the reader—to another time, another lifestyle, another part of the world. The Pictura: Coloring Paris panoramic coloring book likewise picks up the artist and instantly immerses them in the scenes of historic Paris, complete with stagecoaches, parasols and top hats.
"There are dragons in the clouds, in trees and waves, and dragons carved in stone, and guarding gold in caverns old, in stories, waiting to be told..."
I'm constantly looking for art to hang in my house. Original pieces take a lot of time and mine tend to serve more of a creative outlet rather than being something I want to look at day in and out. Buying another artist's work can be costly so it's a big decision not to be taken lightly. Just Add Color: Geometric Patterns is the best of both worlds.
Back on February 2nd, the groundhog saw his shadow and let us all know that we were in for 6 more weeks of winter (according to old lore at least!). Well, like most people across the country, we are ready for spring! These gorgeous spreads of flora and fauna found in the Pictura Nature and Fairies coloring books are our latest inspiration. We're all about the greens and blues for coloring in this beautiful artwork.
There are so many fun new things happening here at Walter Foster, and we're excited to tell you about another update! Take a look at our Pictura page to get a feel for these stunning coloring books. Artists from around the world have been having a blast creating unique art using the Pictura fold-outs.
