Can I change or cancel an online order prior to it being shipped?
As long as an order hasn?t been processed, you may cancel it online. First go to ?customer care? at the top of our website. Click on ?order tracking & history.? Once you are signed in you will see all your past orders. If the order is still new, there is a button to cancel the order. If the button is not visible, the order has been sent to the warehouse, so it may not be possible to cancel it. To try to cancel an ?in process? order, you will need to call us directly at (800) 826-6600.
