Scratchboard Technique
This multi-layer drawing effect creats amazing colorful effects. First, cover a paper with colorful patches of crayon. Then, use india ink or a black crayon to cover over the colorful layer. Add many layers of black until the whole page is covered. Then use a toothpick to scrape away the black layer to reveal the colorful page below.
