Step Two
Draw more cylindrical shapes to form the legs and arms. Rough in the feet and the wings, using long, tapered lines and circles.  Draw horizontal lines down the dragon’s belly. Then add horizontal and vertical facial guidelines. These lines will help you draw the dragon’s facial features in place.
